The object of the study is the process of providing / disseminating information to citizens on customs issues carried out by the customs administrations within their authority. The purpose of the work is to elaborate proposals for improving the informational interaction of SFS customs and citizens in the context of the passage of goods moving (forwarded) through the customs border of Ukraine. Methods of research - to achieve the goal in the study process, the following methods were used: the method of synthesis and analysis, deduction and induction, comparison, generalization, abstraction, dialectical cognition), the method of comparative legal knowledge, system analysis and abstract-logical. The research was conducted on the main ways of informing and consulting citizens about the current customs rules and the procedure for customs formalities. The legal support of information and counseling of citizens on the legislation of Ukraine on issues of state customs practice and customs rules is researched. The experience of communicative interaction between the participants in the informational legal relations on the example of the EU member states, the countries of the WCO (the Kingdom of Thailand, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Singapore, Canada, the People's Republic of China, the Federal Republic of Brazil, the United States of America, Finland) and the countries of the EurAsEC (Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Armenia, Kyrgyz Republic). The estimation of information to the customs of the SFS of citizens by means of the use of ways of disseminating information on the issues of the state customs business is carried out. The conceptual approaches to improving information support of interaction of citizens and customs of SFS in the context of the movement (forwarding) of goods through the customs border of Ukraine are developed. For the purpose of their practical implementation, an information publication "For Travelers" was prepared, a draft of the Procedure for the Provision of Administrative Services on Information and Advice on the Issues of the State Customs Business was elaborated, and proposals were made to the Draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine on Measures for the Reduction of Taxes on Imports the goods in some cases ", the aspects of the implementation of information terminals for informing on customs issues are defined. Implementation of the results of the NNTP will enhance the quality of customs services and bring the activities of SFS customs to the international level closer.
