The object of the research: sources and factors of technogenic influence on the environment in the field of civil aviation. The aim of the research: improvement the ability of models to assess the priority factors of aviation activity influence on the environment; development of the methods for multicriterial optimization and reducing the influence of the factors; formation of a national platform for the analyzing and forecasting policy of aviation industry and environmental protection. Scientific substantiation of mitigation methods of aviation transport influence on the environment on the basis of assessment of adverse effects of aviation noise, local and global consequences of pollutant emissions, third party risk, electromagnetic radiation, alienation of land, pollution of soils and waters, waste utilization to guarantee the sustainable development of national aviation through the introduction of new concepts, principles and methods of nature conservation and rational use of nature in aviation industry. New approaches are developed: - improvement of the integrated evaluation model (IsoBella, PolEmiCa, 3PRisk, EMISource, Globus) on the basis of conducted experimental investigation at the airports of Ukraine and in the world during 2010-2014, and further application of new solutions for fundamental research, primarily by using numerical methods and CFD- codes; - - development of the methods of multicriteria optimization of multifunctional system of airport activity and flights support with taking into account priority factors of influence on the environment, consumption of natural resources and economic instruments of their regulation; - model design of a single platform (software package, GIS database) for analysis and forecasting of policy tools to solve tasks, which are arised from new political aspects and scientific achievements and their inclusion in a set of computing tools for studying probable scenarios for comparison of situations , where different industry development strategies would be implemented; - implementation of several (at least one - for the leading airport of Ukraine) studies aimed to the assessment and optimization of environmental impact on the basis of of measurement and calculations results at the investigated airport under current/forecast strategies for the development of the aviation sector and technical and economic research related to environmental objectives.
