Aim of work: development of theoretical bases: preconversion CO ( (ІІ) and to secondary condensation of product in the production of NH3; extraction of metals of Pt of group from Pt- of containing wastes of production of HNO3; receiption of the liquid and biomineral concentrated NP- fertilizers for creation of competitive, energysaving, ecologically oriented technologies of NH3, HNO3 and Р- containing mineral fertilizers. Research methods: thermodynamical, chromatographical, derivatographic, X-ray-graphical, atomic mass-spectrometry.Influence of additional CO-shift conversion parameters on equilibriums composition and conversion degree of participants of the reaction was set. The research of technological parameters influence on the losses of the catalyst that contains Pt was carried out, the mechanism of losses formation was offered, the stages of Pt, Pd and Rh extraction from HNO3 production tailings were explained. The rational parameters of transformation process of nourishing compounds from water-soluble into assimilable form by means of CO(NH2)2 and the humidified preparation were set. The rational parameters of mineral fertilizers granulation were defined. Efficiency indicators of heat and mass exchange process in condensation column were set.
