The purpose of development - to increase the oxidation resistance of carbon-containing non-fired refractories samples to 35-40 % by means of main Al antioxidant activity amplifying while Al and other antioxidants (SiC and Ni (NiO)) nanoparticles synthesized are being used during their performance and unshaped low-cement refractories samples due to the directed formation of the phase composition and structure of clinker, cement stone and concrete. Research methods and instruments - the thermodynamic, X-ray diffraction, differential thermal, infrared spectroscopy, electron microscopy. Physical, mechanical and technical characteristics were determined according to the current State Standard and international standards (ISO). Experimental data processing was performed by means of the mathematical statistics methods. Theoretical and practical results - technological processes and compositions of periclase carbon refractories and fluxes have been developed, areas of compositions suitable for obtaining high-strength, refractory aluminum-chromite binders have been optimized due to reinforcement by nanoparticles and polymorphic transformations. Novelty - on the basis of thermodynamic, geometric and topological analysis of the system of multicomponent elementary and oxide theoretically proved and experimentally proved the possibility of obtaining nanosensed periclase carbon refractories by synthesizing the beta-SiC-NiO nanoparticles filled with a given structure and providing its maximum structural strength through the use of optimal ratios of sol-gel of additives and components of precursor modifying phenol formaldehyde resin, and the basis of the technology of refractory non-formed materials based on compositions containing alumina and chromite of alkaline earth elements based on the prevailing thermodynamically favorable coexistence of given phase combinations is substantiated theoretically, which causes stable technological parameters of synthesis of high-strength, refractory aluminum chromite binders. The effectiveness of the new application - the refractories developed using enable to prolong to 1.5 - 2 times the lining service life, to minimize the technological shutdown and prepares number, the energy consumption and cost of lining. The field of application - the developed technology are used in refractory and cement industries enterprises without additional investments. The investigation results are used in the high school to the preparation of specialists in technology of refractory non-metal and silicate materials.
