The method of work is based on the possibility of using methods of computer electrophysiology of biomedical control and diagnostics on a random a priori non-stationary bioelectric signals, which will ensure the maximum probability of control and diagnostic solutions. The mathematical model of correlation parameters of spectral non stationary time-limited continuous random biomedical signals is created. The method of constructing the optimal space of information signs of medical and biological indicators is developed. The information models of factor influence of parameters of plans of biomedical experiments are offered. Mathematical model of the procedure for acceptance of control and diagnostic decisions. A number of scientific and practical decisions concerning the improvement of software and hardware of remote medical diagnostics are offered. The development of procedures for parametric optimization of plans for biomedical experiments and the area of attributes according to the criteria of the lowest average risk and the maximum of the expected control-diagnostic information is carried out.
