The goal of this work is developing a mathematical model of heat production welding of steel rotor 25H2NMFA of original structure for the rotor with improved quality characteristics. For the purposes of stage 1 are used methods of applied mathematics and the theory of welding processes. Numerical data were obtained using a program on a personal computer. Processing of data was carried out by applying methods of mathematical statistics. Selection and optimization of welding variables were performed on the upgraded machine A1416. Results and originality - for the first time a mathematical model of heat welding 9was developed , which provided a numerical definition of personal computer using the temperature in the weld joint. Based on temperature conditions we performed optimization of welding parameters that allowed us to obtain the original structure of the weld rotor to improve quality characteristics. Technology of process of automatic welding steel rotor 25H2NMFA was improved. Development has better indicators than the known ones. Field of application is power engineering.
