In order to solve a scientific problem, an approach is used which is proved in substantiating the parameters of the processes of pneumatic, vibro-resin, vibro-friction and vibro-centrifuge separation of grain mixtures as processes of nonlinear dynamics of solid two and three-phase, liquid, granular and bubble-fluidized media with rheological laws that take into account the influence of ' hinged, hydrodynamic, inertial forces and structural parameters of the intensifiers. Improve the efficiency of cleaning grain mixtures from light impurities by using multiple refinement, which is carried out by creating a conical cascading surface of the pneumatic separating device with additional circular purge zones; the intensification of the segregation process by increasing the porosity and velocity of the layered motion of the grain mixture, which is realized by installing the razors in the form of ribs and slats on the working surface; increasing the sieve ability of the sieve by orienting the grains for inclining into the holes, orienting the grains in the aperture for its passage and reducing the swelling of the apertures, which is embodied by the creation of epicycloid, groove, axial and volume activators; intensification of the separation of seed mixtures by specific gravity by rational razglyuvannya and artificially inhibition of the mixture layer, which is implemented by the use of corrugated air permeable surface with "skew" asymmetric grooves; improvement of cleaning of cylindrical openings from stuck grains by copying the projections and depressions of the surface of the sieve and its oscillatory and rotational movements, which is realized by the development of a rotary-ring cleaner with free installation of rings on the rotor racks; improving the efficiency of air purification by regulating intermediate selection and removal of impurities, which is realized by the creation of a device with an adjustable additional valve and tapping P-shaped sleeves.
