The purpose of the work - based on the study of systemic immunity, cytokine status, lipid metabolism, expression and concentration of adhesive molecules, to develop new ones and to improve existing methods of diagnosis, prognosis of the course and prevention of the development of complications in patients with arterial hypertension. Methods of research - clinical, instrumental, immunological, immunoenzymatic, biochemical, questionnaires on questionnaires, statistical methods. We examined 591 patients with arterial hypertension with comorbidity. Hyperproduction of TNF-?, IL-1?, IL-6 and IL-8 hyperlipidemia in patients with arterial hypertension combined with comorbid pathology was found to increase the content of CRP, sICAM and expression of activation molecules CD95 + and CD54 +, whose level is directly correlated with the degree of arterial hypertension and lipid metabolism. Activation of leukocytes and endothelium cells with increased adhesion promotes increased expression of CD54, CD11b and CD62L antigens on leukocytes, endothelial cell membranes, lymphocytes and leads to vascular damage and endothelial dysfunction development. In patients with arterial hypertension, combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (clinical group C with severe course), a high degree of infection with herpes virus viruses has been detected, which play a significant role in the occurrence of infectious exacerbations and severe manifestations of atherosclerotic systemic inflammatory process.
