Karazin popup.description2 The research project aims at clustered-instrument studies of the lower and middle ionosphere, and the geomagnetic field under quiet and disturbed conditions. Effects from processes occurring during the March 20, 2015 solar eclipse, geomagnetic storms, and meteoroids entering the terrestrial atmosphere have been studied. The basic parameters of the disturbances caused by the high-energy sources have been determined. The research project is concerned with high-energy processes and phenomena in the lower and middle ionosphere that are caused by the solar eclipse, geomagnetic storms, and meteoroids, as well as other associated natural high-energy processes. The object of the research is emperical models of the processes caused by the solar eclipse, geospace storms, and meteoroids, as well as other associated natural high-energy processes. The research project applies theoretical and experimental studies of processes arising from high-power radio emissions of remote radio systems. The research project applies theoretical and experimental techniques, as well as computer and empirical modeling. Research results: Database, experimental and theoretical study results, theoretical and emperical modeling of the high-energy processes in the lower and middle ionosphere, and in the geomagnetic field. These results could find an application in forecasting variations in space weather and their consequences, in radar, radio navigation, telecommunication, the reliability of the electric power grids, etc., affects on human health.
