Karazin popup.description2 The objects of study: electrophysiological state of the human brain after the perception of electromagnetic radiations of visible waveband by visual and skin-optical analyzers, and diagnostic methods of the brain functional state. The research objective: development of a model for perception of optical information of various spectral characteristics by specific (eye) and non-specific (skin) sensory systems; development of theoretical foundations of holographic diagnostic methods for determining a state of the human visual tract and skin-optical system. The research method: theoretical and experimental study of functioning processes in the systems of visual and skin-optical perception under the influence of electromagnetic radiation of the visible wavebands with different spectral characteristics; holographic methods intended for diagnosis of the visual tract and the skin-optical system of the human. Based on analogue of Fresnel formulas, which describe the reflection and refraction of electromagnetic waves on interface between monovalent crystals and isotropic media in their various combinations, a physic and mathematical model of propagation electromagnetic waves of visible waveband with different spectral characteristics through the multilayered anisotropic structures of the human eye retina has been improved. On the basis of the formulas obtained, computer simulation was carried out and a comparative analysis of light distribution in the central fovea and macular periphery was made. A system analysis of experimental researches and some existing hypotheses concerning skin-optical perception has been carried out. The fundamentals of biogravitational theory of skin-optical sensitivity are described. A system analysis of holographic microscopy application for medical diagnostics of sensory systems by measuring the geometric parameters of human red blood cells has been carried out. It is shown that the method of interferometry at finite fringes has advantages over the method of holographic wave front addition and subtraction. Product Description popup.authors Єльчищева Ю.
