Karazin popup.description2 Object of investigation: transient field transformation in nonlinear and layered media, the phenomenon of interaction between spins of electrons, atoms of magnetic material of nanostructures considering temperature changes and external electromagnetic field. The aim of the stage: to receive the model of interaction of impulse electromagnetic field and nonlinear medium on the basis of evolutionary approach in electrodynamics, to obtain the samples of topologies of artificial neural networks for the problems of recognition and classification of dielectric and conductive objects in layered dielectric media, to build the model of interaction of fields and currents in nonlinear magnetic nanostructure. The interaction of ultrawideband electromagnetic field with nonlinear medium is investigated using the method of evolutionary equations that permits to describe properties of field and media without use of Fourier transformation in time. The modal expansion of model plane source of transient current is received for substituting into evolutionary equation set. It is suggested to solve the equation set in time domain by means of Riemann function method. The investigation of artificial neural networks topologies for recognition of dielectric insertions in layered inhomogeneous medium is carried out. The physical model of interaction between field and currents in nonlinear magnetic nanostructures with outer nonlinear electrical circle as an element of spintronic device is built. The investigations carried out are relevant to design the novel ultrawideband impulse radar devices of high power including introscopy of lossy medium, and novel in principle devices of spintronics.
