The aim of the work is to increase the effectiveness of localization of fires in natural ecosystems by creating barriers with the use of substances with fire protection properties. Methods of research - analytical (analysis of world and domestic experience of use of barriers created from aqueous solutions with fire protection properties for the localization of fires in natural ecosystems), experimental (carrying out of experimental studies of the effectiveness of barrier strips created from aqueous solutions with fire protective properties and determination of their quality indices ) The main result of the work is the development of recommendations for the use of substances with fire protective properties for the creation of barriers during the localization of fires in natural ecosystems, which contain appropriate formulations and parameters for the application of aqueous solutions. The novelty of the work consists in obtaining experimental data on the effectiveness of barriers created by various aqueous solutions of substances with fire-protective properties.
