The subject of the study is the provision of estimation methods and their characteristics of the presumption of conformity of aerosol dispensers with the requirements of fire safety. The purpose of the work is to prevent the risks of fire associated with the use of aerosol dispensers by ensuring that they are assessed in accordance with the legislation. The research method is analytical (analysis of literary data and information on the Internet) and experimental. As a result of the implementation of the GDR, a draft Technical regulation of aerosol dispensers has been developed. The scientific novelty of the obtained scientific results is that for the first time in Ukraine, with the application of the technique and temperature measurement system of the test flame developed by the International Electrotechnical Commission, flame ignition sources, which are created by gas burners, are determined for testing the flammability of aerosols released from aerosol sprays The results of research will be used by The State Emergency Service of Ukraine and technical standardization committees in the field of technical regulation and standardization of aerosol dispensers. The work is aimed at solving the problem of improving the level of safety and quality of aerosol dispensers in the conditions of adaptation of the national technical regulation system to the requirements of the legislation of the European Union and the requirements of the World Trade Organization by ensuring that they are assessed in accordance with legislation in the regulated field.
