A complex study of the structure, physico-chemical, spectral, electrophysical, electrochemical, photochemical and other characteristics of the obtained nanocomposite materials was carried out. The interrelation of synthesis-structure-functional properties is established, which allows to predict the physico-chemical parameters of such systems, and also enables their purposeful regulation and use. The possibility of joint electrochemical conversion of a number of C-2 freons with carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide has been elucidated, with the production of important fluorine-containing carboxylic and sulphinic acids. It is shown that the use of nanostructured electrodes opens the possibility to substantially increase the efficiency of such processes. New luminescent, redox-active and photosensitive polynuclear compounds and coordination polymers based on 3d and 4f metals, as well as their nanocomposites with inorganic semiconductors, were created.
