It was revealed correlation between expression of BCL2, SERPINB9, ТР53 and irradiation dose, suppression of CLSTN2 gene expression, dose-dependent MCF2L overexpression. The dose dependent changes of activation of immune inflammation genes - IL1B, IFNG, TNF, increase of secondary genomic instability, expression of H2AX and Cyclin D1, TERT overexpression have been proved. The diagnostic significance of the micronuclei of buccal cells as an irradiation biomarker has been established.
