Objective: to determine radiation-induced biological markers for quantitative indicators of gene expression, genomic instability, cell cycle and aging of peripheral blood leukocytes ChNPP clean-up workers in the remote period after exposure. Methods: immunological, genomic, cultural. The patterns of radiogenic changes in the expression of genes regolators of apoptosis, immune inflammation and adhesion in ChNPP clean-up workers in a wide range of radiation doses have been established. The dose-dependent decrease of BCL2, SERPINB9, CDKN2A, and STAT3 genes expression was maximal at doses greater than 1000 mSv. It was revealed correlation between expression of BCL2, SERPINB9, ТР53 and irradiation dose, suppression of CLSTN2 gene expression, dose-dependent MCF2L overexpression. The dose dependent changes of activation of immune inflammation genes - IL1B, IFNG, TNF, increase of secondary genomic instability, expression of H2AX and Cyclin D1, TERT overexpression have been proved. The diagnostic significance of the micronuclei of buccal cells as an irradiation biomarker has been established.
