In carriers of the TT genotype, myocardial infarction (MI) developed against a background of more risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD), in carriers of T? and ?? genotypes, the number of risk factors, depending on the presence/absence of MI in the history, did not differ significantly. Irrespective of the effect of ionizing radiation, MI cases in women under the age of 60 years were observed only in carriers of ?? and T? genotypes. The absence of the TT genotype was an effective preventive risk factor for MI in the age of up to 60 years. The presence of the TT genotype increased the risk of developing MI over the age of 60 in women, ChNPP clean-up workers, and non-irradiated persons. The TT genotype in women is associated with a more severe course of CHD. They significantly increased mean, maximum and minimum heart rate, there was a tendency to increase the number of ventricular and supraventricular extrasystoles per day. Women were characterized by supraventricular arrhythmias, including paired extrasystoles and supraventricular tachycardia. Women had more expressed hypertrophy of the walls of the left ventricle. Changes in the structure of the myocardium indicate a more severe course of the disease in women. It was determined that women with TT genotype were significantly less than with ?? genotype, there was an excursion of the interventricular septum, which is a sign of its weak contraction in systole. In women after MI with TT genotype, the values of myocardial structure parameters (p <0,05) were significantly higher than without IM. They have a tendency to increase the average parameters of the myocardial structure in comparison with the data in the TC genotype. A significant decrease in the absolute indices of the total heart rate variability in women was found in comparison with the men. The advantage of sympathicotonia and a significant decrease in parasympathetic activity in men, a decrease in the vagal effect on the heart rhythm - in women. The time of emergency works in the ChNPP zone, 1986 or 1987, did not significantly affect the development of hypertension and CHD. In women, irrespective of the terms of stay in the radiation zone, the CHD developed later than men. For men who worked in the ChNPP zone continuously, hypertension was developing at a younger age than that of the work by watches. The results of investigation 11 papers were published, 2 articles, 2 chapters in the manual, 7 theses, materials are presented in 3 reports at the international level.
