Purpose of the project: - formation of products of various configurations of refractory nanopowders for the purpose of manufacturing high-quality nano-ceramic and nanocomposite products of various functional purposes with a low specific density (less than 2 g / cm3) using the method of electroconsolidation; - the determination of physical mechanisms of balance of defects in dielectric materials with long-term irradiation, which is necessary for the improvement of the method of remote monitoring of optical elements of the thermonuclear reactor, spacecraft, etc .; - identification of the peculiarities of the entry of titanium ions into the spinel lattice when growing spinel crystals of nonstoichiometric composition; - development of the optimum technology for the production of HTS materials of the family Y-Ba-Cu-O; - installation of a complex of functional characteristics (electrical and thermal conductivity, structure) of the HTS of the system Y-Ba-Cu-O with impurities Hf, Zr, Ti, Al and Be, and also materials used for their manufacture. Research methods are experimental with the use of modern devices such as monochromators, X-ray diffractometer with computer processing of the obtained results. New methods of creating materials with given properties were developed and investigated. It is indicated to change the properties of optical materials under extreme conditions. The durability of tool materials with the use of tungsten carbide increases up to two times. When the relative humidity changes from 10 to 100%, the specific resistance of nanoporous oxides decreases by several orders. The new materials can be implemented in the metalworking and mining industry, optical materials for design and construction of thermonuclear and laser devices. In addition, physical results were used in the doctoral dissertation and during laboratory work and lectures at physical and physical-technical faculties. The results of the research work are very important both in the scientific aspect and in relation to applied applications.
