Method of the research - processing observational data, mathematical methods of statistics, generalization and comparative analysis of data, the least square method, filtration and approximation of data. The main goal of the first stage of the project is to carry out investigations of the VSH method based on the TGAS and PMA catalogue data as the most adequate method of analysis of the stellar velocity field for deriving kinematic parameters of the Galaxy. Since conventional kinematic models of the Galaxy were built using data of stars which were close to the Sun (with distances < 1 kpk), their usage for modern high-precision catalogues containing hundreds of millions stars with distances 1-10 kpk is not lawfully. Kinematic parameters of the Galaxy derived in this manner will be distorted by discrepancy between the real stellar velocity field and the model stellar characteristics. During the reporting period he following results have been obtained. Using proper motions of stars of mixed spectral composition based on the PMA and TGAS catalogue data the kinematic parameters of our Galaxy were derived by the VSH mathematical method. Investigation of t6he Galactic kinematic parameters as a function of both magnitude and distance up to 1000 pc was carried out.
