Karazin popup.description2 The project is devoted to the search for new materials for thin-film coatings for metallic elements implanted in the human body. These materials should reliably ensure long-term operation and at the same time meet the requirements of biocompatibility. The project involves complex research of the problem within one author's team at all stages: the synthesis of coatings - the study of their properties - biological tests. This report presents a description of the experimental setup used for biocompatible coatings and a detailed description of the technology for the synthesis of metal oxide films and hydroxyapatite. Also presented are the results of experimental studies of magnetron discharge and the properties of synthesized coatings, including structure and topography of the surface, free energy and fractional polarity, adhesion potential of bone marrow cells.
