Technological approaches of purposeful influence on the liquid state have been created to improve the alloys quality by the phase structure optimization. A conditioning agent rod production technique has been elaborated using the method of an aluminum powders and nano-sized particles mixture extrusion. It has been established that regardless of the chemical composition of nanosized powders, their crystal structure, spatial group, structural type, lattice period, density, melting temperature and other parameters, all the investigated nanoparticles have a close conditioning effect despite significant structural differences.
