Khmelnitsky state university in Cherkasy popup.description2 The aim of scientific project is: on the basis of system approach, praxeological and activity, personally oriented, competence and semiotic approaches to design the scientific and methodological materials in order to improve the quality of mathematical education of schoolchildren and students in the context of European integration and also the corresponding didactic support of the learning process in mathematics. The object of scientific project is the process of learning of mathematics in secondary and higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Project results: 1) It was developed: a) conception of improvement of mathematical preparedness of pupil and students under the condition of European integration; b) foundation of comparative didactics of mathematics; c) foundations of C-problems theory in Mathematics; d) matrix metamodel of mathematical competence and data acquisition technology; e) theoretical aspect of implementation of educational programs for PhD students in Mathematics; 2) System of knowledge was improved: a) competence approach in mathematical education; b) differentiated learning of mathematics; c) ways and tools of control and diagnostics of mathematical competence; d) methodological training of future mathematics teachers; e) mathematical component of professional training of future engineers; 3) It was developed: a) theory of textbook in mathematics for secondary schools; b) theory of problem-based learning and task-based approach in learning of mathematics; c) theoretical foundations of learning process monitoring. The following results were obtained: 1. Learning content of secondary school mathematics was improved, the changings was introduced to programs (grades 5-9, 10-11); 11 textbooks were written: algebra and geometry (grades 7-9), mathematics (grades 5-6) for children with special needs (visually impaired children by using Braille script). 2. Guidebooks were written: 1) for secondary school (a-c - MES of Ukraine recommendation): a) complete sets of M-problems (grades 7-9); b) C-control works (grades 5-11); c) C-problems collection (grades 5-8); d) elected course "Bases of cryptology"; e) tasks for distance mathematics school "I and my mathematics" (grades 7-11); 2) for higher school: a) "Organization of learning of mathematics and informatics in profile schools"; b) "Locus connected with second order lines"; c) "Elements of vector analysis"; d) "Elements of operational calculus". 3. The technique of monitoring and system of assessment of indicators of mathematical literacy of pupils and the level of mathematical competence of mathematics teachers. There is no analogs. 4. It was designed for higher school: 1) new curricula for PhD students and the programs for admission of PhD students: 014 Secondary Education (Math); 011 Educational Sciences (theory and methodology of learning of mathematics in HEIs); 2) new curricula for Bachelor and Master students: 014 Secondary education (Math) were developed. 5. The system of tools of project-based learning of future engineers was proposed. There is no analogs.
