The subject is the mechanisms of interaction of sociocultural factors and the traditional gender behavioral model on the everyday life of Ukrainians in the twentieth century. - XXI century. The purpose of the project is to study the gender aspects of the Ukrainian ideological paradigm through the prism of the behavioral motives of women and men as separate subjects; the overcoming of traditional gender stereotypes, the formation of new socio-cultural concepts in shaping the gender culture of modern Ukrainian society. Main scientific results 1 It was found that gender representations of the person are formed under the influence of gender stereotypes. Gender stereotypes reinforce existing gender disparities and become a barrier to gender-based change; 2. It was found that essential for the studied problem are both theoretical and practical developments of the history of everyday life, which emphasizes the sphere of human commonness in multiple historical-cultural, political-event, ethnic and confessional contexts; 6. Gender studios should be an instrument for the formation of self-awareness, not only the cognitive potential, but also be human-oriented, focused on the formation of the individual, taking into account her experiences, sensory and bodily experience; 8. For the elaboration of effective policies for the development of human potential, a comprehensive assessment of the gender equality situation is of great importance, namely, modernization which can not be carried out on the basis of old luggage; 9. For the effective functioning of the national mechanism for the provision of equal rights and opportunities for women and men, gender mainstreaming should be integrated into programs and budgets at all levels.
