For the first time for control and account of individual effective doses of exposure of patients in Ukraine techniques for determination of doses of X-ray diagnostics exposure and a rating estimation of quality of production (analog films and digital images) of modern medical X-ray diagnostics are created. It promotes the decision of an essential problem for reduction of population doses for diagnostic exposure in view of least expenses and greatest diagnostic effect.
