Investigation of the influence of NILVs of different ranges on the functional characteristics of cellular membrane structures using methods of polarography, volumetry, microscopy, fluorometry.Development of the modes of laser radiation of each of the ranges (terahertz (THz) - 70.6 microns, infrared radiation - 10.6 microns, visible 632.8 nm, ultraviolet (UV) 337.1 nm) for irradiation of bioobjects of different levels of organization. The formulation of the theory of physical mechanisms for the implementation of biogenic membrane-dependent effects of NILV and the development of the principles of the use of NILV and nanoacceptor substances in the field of biotechnological, microbiological, pharmaceutical and medical research. Theoretical grounds for effective regimes and methods of irradiation of bioobjects with different properties are obtained. New calculation methods for determining the ratio of exposure and absorbed NILV doses. Patterns of activation of lipoperoxidation in biomembranes under the conditions of NILV with different characteristics.
