Karazin popup.description2 Object of the research is stars, galaxies, extragalactic sources. Method of the research is processing observational data, generalization and comparative analysis of the data, mathematical apparatus of the least square method, filtration of the data, the probability theory and mathematical statistics. The main goal of the second stage of the project is deriving kinematic parameters of the Galaxy using absolute stellar proper motions of the PMA catalogue. The data of this catalogue created by us cover the magnitude range from 9 to 20 mag. For now, they are situated in the Strasburg database and are in free access. Our investigations carried out during this year have shown, that these are the only data that provide the material for kinematic investigation of the Galactic stars, minimally burdened by systematic errors. During the reporting period the following results have been obtained. 1. Evaluation of an accuracy of stellar proper motions of the PMA catalogue by their direct comparison with the data from the HSOY and UCAC5 catalogues was fulfilled. It was shown that the stellar proper motions of these catalogues have substantial random errors. 2. The kinematic parameters of the Galaxy from the data of the PMA and TGAS catalogue were derived. The kinematic analysis of the stellar proper motions of the PMA and TGAS catalogues was carried out based on the linear Ogorodnikov-Milne model. It was shown that the kinematic parameters of the Galaxy in the bright range of magnitudes are in agreement with the values accepted by IAU. 3. The analysis of three catalogues - HSOY, UCAC5 and PMA, derived in the post-Gaia period by comparison of their stellar proper motions with those from the TGAS catalogue was carried out. Also it was shown that the original stellar proper motions of the TGAS catalogue was distorted by a systematic error. Wherein, it was also shown that such an error is absent for proper motions of the Hipparcos-stars in the TGAS catalogue. 4. Based on the use of the O-M model as well as the method of decomposition of the stellar velocity field onto VSH, the analysis of stellar proper motions of the TGAS and PMA catalogues from the 7 ? G ? 12 magnitude range was carried out. The results derived by both methods from stellar proper motions of the TGAS and PMA catalogues are present in the form of the function of magnitude. Besides, for the PMA catalogue the kinematic parameters depending on distance to stars are present. 5. Kinematic parameters, characterizing the velocity of the Sun as well as rotation and deformation tensors, involving faint stars in the magnitude range from 10 to 20 mag were derived, also their dependence on magnitude is present.
