Karazin popup.description2 The objects of research are the structure of light nuclei, the mechanism of interaction of alpha particles with carbon nuclei, the properties of fermi and bose- quasiparticles and their interactions in superfluid helium and the crystal lattice. The subject of studying are the cross sections calculation for the alpha particles interaction with carbon nuclei, the theoretical description of the nuclear rainbow scattering effect, the model explaining of a line splitting of the resonance absorption of a microwave at frequencies corresponding to the roton energy and the model description of the crystals thermodynamic properties in the Debye model for self-consistent phonons. The purpose of the work is to modify the new original parametrization of the scattering matrix and to determine the structural nuclear parameters by fitting the experimental data. The aim is also to construct a new theory of electromagnetic properties of a quantum continuous liquid HeII, which will explain the causes of occurrence of the electric potential in the conditions of the relative motion of the normal and superficial components of HeII, as well as the resonance absorption mechanisms of electromagnetic waves in superconducting 4He at frequencies corresponding to the gap in the rotons energy spectrum.
