The purpose of the work is to summarize the results of the analysis of theoretical studies as to the state and problems of the provision of technogenic and natural safety in Ukraine in 2016, the determination of the priority directions of their solution and the development of proposals for improving measures aimed at protecting the population, territories, environment and property from emergency situations, prevention of such situations and liquidation of their consequences in conditions of increasing riskiness of emergence of emergency situations. The method of research - the analysis of scientific and other types of information, structural-logical, system approach, sociological and method for determination of the predicted trends. The result of the research is the Analytical review of the state of technogenic and natural safety in Ukraine in 2016 and the safety passport of territories and objects of the Zakarpatska region, where there is a threat of emergencies of the natural nature. An analytical review will be distributed among the executive and local authorities, the territorial bodies of the SES of Ukraine, the units of the Operations and Rescue Service of civil protection, other emergency response forces, the educational institutions of SES of Ukraine in order to inform and implement the positive experience of responding to anthropogenic and natural emergencies, making management decisions, organizing emergency rescue and other urgent works.
