Stage. 2. Development of equipment designs for dryind of flue gas after heat recovery using high-conductivity micro- and nanocomposites popup.stage_title Head Fialko Nataliia Mihalivna, Registration Date 14-02-2018 Organization Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences popup.description2 Studies of thermophysical characteristics have been carried out, and a series of polymer micro- and nanocomposites has been developed that are oriented toward manufacturing heat exchange surfaces of gas heaters. Under the conditions of using polymer composite materials and applying the method of drying the cooled flue gases after the heat recovery unit, technical solutions for heat exchangers-gas heaters have been developed and a comparative analysis of traditional heat exchange surfaces and surfaces of micro- and nanocomposites has been performed. Application of the developed gas heaters will allow 2-3 times to extend the life of the gas exhaust ducts and chimneys.
