The mathematical model of irradiation incubation egg by focused and non-focussed laser irradiation is developed. A laboratory sample of equipment for processing eggs on moveable belt have been created. The proposed method of irradiation of incubation eggs by a laser to disinfect the egg shell surface and increase of chicken hatching. The method of simultaneous processing of incubation eggs with a laser and a PКR-125 compound by use the nubulizer is developed. The effect of stimulating growth from laser activity on Birkivska barvysta cross has been established. The dose-dependent ability of the PКR-125 compound to influence on the accumulation of hemagglutinin the NDV virus during cultivation in СЕ has been established. The compound BKP-116 is a substance with low embryo toxicity, it stimulates embryogenesis and rises up the quails hatching with to 20,9% during the application in ovo. The ability of the certain doses of laser irradiation to influence on the immunocompetent chicken organs positively and to increase the level of post-vaccination immunity to NDV and MPV after vaccination with the alive vaccines has been detected. Some biological properties of reovirus isolate and metapneumavirus are studied. Temporary passports are issued on isolated virus strains. The research results can be used to develop veterinary and sanitary measures to prevent the spread of the infectious diseases in poultry on the farm, among which there are associated. The isolated viruses could be used in further research in the development of state test systems - ELISA and RNGA for laboratory diagnostics in veterinary medicine. The primary research results of the laser irradiation effectiveness on the incubation eggs in combination with the newest state triazolin range compounds are the basis for its implementation into incubation technology of the poultry industry. The low sensitivity of bacterial cultures, which have been isolated from the surface of the incubation eggs, to known antibacterial agents, determines the necessity of search of alternative measures to disinfect the microflora of the shell surface incubation eggs. New derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole are potential immune-correctors and antimicrobial agents to be used in veterinary practice.
