Basic scientific and technical results. The laws of the effect of low-intensity electromagnetic radiation of different regions of the optical spectrum range (630 nm, 590 nm, 530 nm, 470 nm) on the microcirculation of blood in the lower limbs, on the immune and endocrine system of patients with diabetes mellitus have been studied. A new mathematical model of the effect of low-intensity electromagnetic radiation of the optical spectrum range on biological tissues has been developed, taking into account the tissue layering and anisotropy, the presence of microcirculation of blood, lymph and interstitial fluid. On the basis of the results of basic research and computer modeling, fundamentally new (innovative) technologies, methods and methodical recommendations for the prevention and complex treatment of diabetic foot syndrome with the use of low intensity electromagnetic radiation of the optical spectrum range, taking into account the biological rhythms of the patient and using antibacterial photodynamic therapy, which by efficiency, have no analogues in the world. Designed, created and tested in medical settings prototype models of stationary devices for effective complex treatment and prevention of diabetic foot syndrome with the help of low intensity EMROSB using bioregulation and antibacterial photodynamic therapy. A set of design documentation for the production of stacked prototype stationary devices for complex treatment and prevention of diabetic foot syndrome has been developed.
