Karazin popup.description2 The object of the study - the state of the antioxidant antioxidant system of rats under accelerated aging. The purpose of the work is to study the effects of metformin and фунгидола on the prooxidant-antioxidant balance and the thyroid status of animals in the conditions of natural and accelerated aging. Methods of research - spectrophotometry, fluorometry and biochemical analysis of the activity of enzymes and the content of metabolites. It has been established that in rats with accelerated aging (excessive nutrition in the early stage of postnatal ontogenesis), the use of a calorie restricted diet normalized all the studied physiological parameters of test animals and indicators that characterize the structural and functional state of the microsomes and mitochondria, the state of the antioxidant and antioxidant balance of the liver and blood. The normalization of the antioxidant and antioxidant balance in the liver and blood of rats with accelerated aging was also found in the use of metformin and fungidol. Prolonged use of metformin and fungidol in animals at natural aging delayed the violation of the antioxidant-antioxidant balance in the liver and blood and increased survival of rats. Based on the data obtained, it is suggested to use metformin and fungidol as anti-oxidant hero-inhibitors in conditions of natural and, especially, accelerated aging.
