The purpose of the study is to increase the level of medical and social rehabilitation of patients with neoplasm of the pelvic bones after the preservation (reconstructive) interventions by identifying the features of localization. Computer simulation models with four major variants of pelvic bone resection in patients with pelvic bone tumors and defect reconstruction with metalloplasmas spacer from metal screws have been created. , beams for transpedicular fixation and bone cement. Treatment was performed in 14 patients according to the developed methods. It is established that the proposed methods are satisfactorily tolerated by patients and do not cause significant long-term complications. We consider it expedient to continue the started research.
