The purpose of the work is to improve the informativeness of the diagnosis and evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment of patients with rectal cancer, endometrial cancer, cervix, ovaries, and bladder cancer and their relapses by developing an optimal algorithm for modern radiation research methods in the initial examination of patients and in the dynamic monitoring of the disease. A complex of radiological studies was conducted in 241 patients with malignant neoplasms of the pelvic organs. The complex of researches includes a set of methods of radial research methods (MSCT, MRI, ultrasound (TMC with elastography and TRUSD), the main radiation characteristics of tumors of the induced localization were studied and systematized, the role and place of each ray method, the order of their application, were determined. elastrafia, TRUZD supplemented the echographic data with respect to the structure and stiffness of the malignant tumors of the rectum.
