The general provisions of the construction of BETA SM final energy consumers are formulated. At the same time, the main attention is paid to the illumination of such provisions as the use of various methods of energy accumulation, the use of modern air-conditioning systems and the efficient interaction of BETA SM of multi-apartment house as an active consumer of electric and thermal energy with other elements of the district heating system and UES of Ukraine.
