The purpose of the work is to develop the basic provisions for the construction of apartmentBETA SM final energy consumers and to create on this basis a typical scheme of this module and a network model of a plurality of such modules. The general provisions of the construction of BETA SM final energy consumers are formulated. At the same time, the main attention is paid to the illumination of such provisions as the use of various methods of energy accumulation, the use of modern air-conditioning systems and the efficient interaction of BETA SM of multi-apartment house as an active consumer of electric and thermal energy with other elements of the district heating system and UES of Ukraine. Based on the formulated positions, a typical scheme of bivalent apartment energy supply of multi-apartment houses is developed on the example of a house with horizontal wiring and radial connection of heating devices.
