Subject of research is features of storage and search of text and image data on the Internet. The purpose of the work is to study the possibility of using modern means of automatic analysis of texts, image and speech recognition in search engines of the Internet, the definition of technical requirements for these tools, the development of a new generation search engine project capable of semantic searching on text and image information - images, audio, video. In this paper the creation of three independent subsystems for indexing data of various types is proposed. Their interaction is realized through access to semantic database, as well as individual elements of the indexes of image information of neighboring subsystems. Thus, the subsystem of indexing data of various kinds does not interfere with the change of indices of other subsystems, but based on their data adjust their own indices. The methods of research - system analysis, the theory of information systems, methods of mathematical and simulation modeling, models and methods of the theory of pattern recognition, the theory of digital signal processing, computer linguistics.
