It has been shown that silicalite can be used to improve the analytical characteristics of potentiometric biosensors, in particular, to extend the linear range of the sensor operation, to reduce the error of reproducibility of reviews, to reduce the drift of the baseline. The influence of external factors on the analytical characteristics of pH-sensitive field transistors has been studied and characterized. It is shown that the selected storage conditions of the sensors do not significantly affect the physical and chemical properties of the ISFET as a converter, and therefore the use of special storage devices in order to maintain and improve the characteristics of the transducers is not feasible. The influence on the magnitude of the response and the analytical characteristics of the biosensors of the immobilization conditions of cholinesterases on the pH-FET surface, including using nanoparticles of different nature, was investigated.
