The object-oriented model of information interaction of the participants of the electricity market of Ukraine has been developed by comparing and harmonizing the terms and concepts used in the pan-European model of the electricity market and the peculiarities set forth in the Law of Ukraine "On the Electricity Market of Ukraine" are taken into account. The model of the system of automatic frequency and power regulation of the integrated power system (IPS) of Ukraine was created and research on its functional characteristics was performed provided that the part of renewable energy sources (RES) in the balance of the IPS of Ukraine was increased. The issue of the regime efficiency of use of separate FACTS devices in PS is investigated, taking into account their functional characteristics and price accessibility in the aspect of the possibility of their implementation in power systems of Ukraine. Regime grounded and coordinated implementation and use of such devices in the PS gives an possibility to eliminate "bottlenecks" in PS and use as much as possible the capacity of electrical networks (EN), increase the stability of PS. Typical ENs with RES and typical cost functions have been developed, which allow to analyze the conditions of the connection of microsystems from RES to EN and EN operation modes, as well as to compare the influence of the equipment use of different producer of RES on EN regimes. Recommendations for designing microsystems with RES, using previously installed domestic transformer substations, have been developed. The results of the research were used in the development of the Rules for the identifiers formation in the electricity market of Ukraine based on the use of the EIC ENTSO-E Identification System and the order of providing and conducting of the identifiers of the entities and objects of the electricity market in terms of building role models.
