Aim of the work: revealing the new effects and regularities of changes in structure and physical-mechanical properties of solid materials perspective for application under radiation-thermal factors of nuclear and thermo-nuclear reactors. Methods of research: X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluorescence analyses, electro-optical analysis, method of ion sputtering and deposition. Scientific novelty: for the first time for W samples irradiated by hydrogen plasma, the determining part of vacancy complexes, dislocations and residual macro-stress in formation of crack nuclea and blisters has been established; for the first time, jump-like increasing of sputtering coefficient in surface layers of carbon coatings was establised under increasing energy of C60 ions, the effect caused by changing the film growth process by the process of surface etching; it yas been shown that due to controlled structure changes, a new type of nano-composite carbon materials with specific mechanical and optical properties are formed.
