The quality indexes of different types of water (distilled, tap, melted, surface, artesian) and their compliance with the current regulatory requirements are determined. It is experimentally proved that water from the investigated artesian wells can be used for obtaining Sodium hypochlorite solutions with active chlorine. A methodology of cleaning and clarification of the surface-water as a result of treatment with coagulant Aluminum sulfate is proposed. Dependences of the active chlorine content in the base Sodium hypochlorite solutions obtained on the "SAN-АKVА-01" installation from the starting reagent concentration Sodium chloride, the type of water used, a presence or an absence of a coagulant are studied. The dynamics of a loss of active chlorine, a change of рН caused by the base Sodium hypochlorite solutions during 60 days of their storage at a room temperature in the light, in the darkness is studied. Basing on the results of the performed complex study of the properties of Sodium hypochlorite solutions got on the "SAN-АKVА-01" the conclusions were formulated and the methodology of using the base solution as a disinfectant, a bleaching agent is elaborated.
