The purpose of the work is to study the age-patterns of morphological transformations of internal organs and long tubular bones under the influence of violations of water-salt metabolism and microelementosis and to carry out an analysis of restorative changes of disturbed morphogenesis during the use of correctors. Methods of investigation: organometry, microscopy, morphometry, spectrophotometry, electron microscopy, computed tomography, statistical method. The morphofunctional transformations of tongue and myocardium in the conditions of water-salt violation of the organism are investigated. The morphological transformations of the salivary glands and striated muscles under the influence of microelementosis of the organism have been studied. The biomechanical characteristic of unharmed and injured long bones of the skeleton in postnatal ontogenesis has been studied. A comparative morphological analysis of the healing dynamics of the diaphysis defect of the long bone of the skeleton during implantation into its cavity calcium-phosphate osteoplastic materials has been carried out. The possibility of using correctors for the restoration of the structure of the investigated organs is determined. The obtained results of research are introduced into the educational process and scientific work at the departments of human anatomy of the leading universities of Ukraine.
