Methods of research - a comprehensive analysis of the electrical, optical and structural properties of individual layers that make up the construction of solar cells, and their output parameters, light diode characteristics, computer simulation and experimental study of thermal processes. The prototypes of the photoenergy power unit on the basis of the improved design of the solar collector with two tubes for coolant circulation and energy conversion system based on the MPPT controller were manufactured. As part of the pilot testing, the installation of a model battery from solar cell based on the CdS / CdTe system was carried out on a photoreceiving surface of a photoenergy unit prototype. According to the results of experimental testing, it has been established that there is a good coincidence of experimental data and data obtained as a result of simulation photoenergy unit cooling system working.
