The main objective of the research work is to develop a model for optimizing the costs of their construction and operation under different conditions of ecosystem functioning and methodological and practical approaches to improve the activity of the enterprise OS-NOVA LTD. Research methods are observation, comparison, evaluation, analysis, synthesis, materialistic dialectics, environmental stimulation, financial responsibility, modeling. The result of the work is to justify the directions of improving the activity of the investigated enterprise on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the optimization of the costs of building resource-saving buildings in the direction of preserving the ecosystem. Novelty of the results of work: the model of optimization of expenses for the construction and operation of resource-saving constructions is developed, which will enable to economically substantiate and ecologically ensure the efficient functioning of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine and the consumption of the population in energy products under different conditions of ecosystem functioning. Interconnection with other works: individual results were reported at scientific and practical conferences, published in scientific journals. Recommendations on the use of results of work: as a result of the study, the main principles and approaches for improving the activity of the company OS-NOVA LTD in the process of creation of resource-saving constructions are outlined and a model of optimization of expenses for their construction and operation under different conditions of ecosystem functioning is worked out.
