The purpose of the work is to study the essence of e-business, to determine the conditions and factors of its formation and functioning, to develop proposals for the construction and use of electronic business information systems for automated business management based on a small enterprise. The essence, advantages and normative-legal support of functioning of electronic business in Ukraine are investigated; the factors of influence on development of electronic business are revealed; The main aspects of the use of electronic business information systems for automated business management at the enterprise are researched; the state is analyzed and prospects of further development of e-business of "ZUM" LLC are determined; Proposals on the construction and use of e-business information systems for automated business management at a small enterprise were worked out. Based on the results of research on the essence of e-business, the definition of conditions and factors for its formation and functioning, the methodical approach to the process of enterprise management by "ZUM" Ltd. in the conditions of use of e-business technologies, which consists of four stages, aimed at increasing the degree of management of the enterprise through the introduction of modern information and communication technologies and the corporate information system, which will increase management awareness, integrity, efficiency and coherence of management decisions and, as a result, will ensure the company's proper competitiveness in a dynamic information environment. The algorithm (sequence of stages) of the enterprise transition to e-business is developed in order to overcome the problems of using e-commerce. The proposed algorithm will facilitate the efficient organization of planning, preparation and implementation of the process of transition to the Internet. On the basis of the conducted comprehensive research, recommendations were made for the implementation of information systems in the electronic business of ZUM LLC, as well as the improvement of e-business at the enterprise.
