The purpose of the study is determining the reliable scientifically justified size of indicators of estimated profit, general and administrative expenses and change of the methodology of their calculation. The method of the research is an analysis of the comments and suggestions received from stockholders and their completion: the recalculation of indicators of estimated profit, general and administrative expenses for previous years and their scientific justification. Implementation is the establishment at an economically justified level of the estimated profit indicators, reliable determination of indicators of general and administrative expenses, scientific justification of changes in the methodology for calculating estimated profit, general and administrative expenses. The relevance of the study is conditioned by the fact that the results of the conducted research will reliably determine the estimated profit, general and administrative expenses which allow reimbursing to the contractor the actual costs and developing production (to update production bases, fleet of machinery and mechanisms) and providing financial incentives for employees.
