The result of the study: the draft regulation was developed - the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the approval of 2 Procedure for the organization of work on removal and restoration of plantations in the right of way of public roads" and transferred to the Customer for further approval in order with the established procedure in accordance with the current legislation. Implementation of the development is the settlement of the issue of managing the plantings during the organization and ensuring operational maintenance of public roads.
