The research method was the development of low-temperature scintillation bolometers with a double lithium and magnesium molybdate crystal, new methods for estimation of the neutrino mass from experiments with several nuclides, methods for reducing the background due to the registration of Cerenkov radiation in tellurium oxide crystals for the search for double beta decay of 130Te nuclei, testing of low temperature scintillation bolometer with scintillation crystal of lithium molybdate, measuring the half-life of the 100Mo nuclei relative to two-neutrino double beta decay. Main results: 1. The crystal Li2Mg2 (MoO4) 3 was studied as a low temperature scintillation bolometer in the first time. 2. New methods of estimating the mass of neutrinos from experiments with several nuclides are proposed, the application of the proposed approaches to experiments on the search for double beta decay using the low-temperature scintillation bolometers with different nuclides is simulated. 3. The possibility of reducing the background by detecting the Cherenkov radiation in the tellurium oxide crystals for the search of 2b-decay of 130Te nuclei is shown in the first time. 4. A low-temperature scintillation bolometer with scintillation crystal of lithium molybdate, grown by the Czochralski method, was tested. 5. The half-life of 100Mo nuclei relative to the two-neutrino 2b decay to the main level of the child nucleus T1 / 2 = [6.90 +/- 0.06 (stat.) + 0.17-0.15 (syst.)] x 10^18 years is fined.
