The model of dissipative function that describes the dissipation of spin waves in structures of both exchange origin and in structures arising due to inhomogeneous relativistic interaction (Dzyaloshinsky-Moria interaction) has been derived. The strong influence of gradient components of relaxation terms on energy dissipation in spatially inhomogeneous structures has been shown. In the framework of the theory of ferroelectric phase transitions, the stress-deformation loops have been calculated. They show the supra-elastic behavior of the shape memory alloys. Forecasts obtained on the basis of this theory show the possibility of abrupt changes of stress-deformed dependencies due to the shape memory alloys expansion during heating.
