Such approach development is based on intellectual means of knowledge representation used to increase the efficiency of access to Antarctic research data. It consists of new models, methods and algorithms that provide to simplify the development of such informational space environment. The approach allows providing efficient storage and interaction of Antarctic data and knowledge in this environment and representation of Antarctic data to the end user in a structured way. The proposed mathematical models, methods and technologies that underlie the development of a systematic approach, use methods of intellectual processing of information, methods of integration of databases and knowledge, methods of modeling business processes, models and methods of presentation of knowledge, as well as methods for organizing semantic search and Web technology , this approach can be used to create a single information and communication environment for the results of Antarctic research, which allows access to the results of research received They are at the station "Academician Vernadsky", both in Ukraine and abroad.
