Every 3 minutes, the output Hall signals of the studied samples of graphene sensors were measured, while the samples together with the test magnetic field were located in the channel of the nuclear IBR-2 reactor. On the basis of the received array of measured output signals, the software of own development calculated an array of electrophysical parameters of each of the sensors under investigation in the neutron irradiation environment and plotted graphs of the dependence of sensor parameters on the neutron flux. Analysis of the dependence of parameters of the graphene sensors irradiated by neutrons suggests that the change in sensitivity (main parameter) of sensors and in the concentration of charge carriers is within the measurement error with the increase of neutron fluence and temperature. The processing and analysis of the results of the experiment confirmed the theoretical assumptions about the irradiation resistance of graphene sensors and indicate the prospects for continuing research in the direction of optimizing the technology of this material and contacts to it for the use of graphene sensors in the environment with even greater fluences and temperatures.
