The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of athletes of national teams of Ukraine from the summer Olympic sports and to bring them in an optimal condition to the main competitions by implementing reasoned medical and biological support of the training process on the basis of development and substantiation of a complex of functional, biochemical and molecular genetic criteria for the assessment of the course adaptation processes and functional state of highly skilled athletes for further correction of their training process and eredzhennya overvoltage. Tasks of work: 1. To monitor the functional state of the athletes (elite / leading groups) of the national teams of Ukraine on the priority summer olympic sports. 2. To carry out comprehensive medical and biological control of the efficiency of the process of preparation of athletes and their correction in order to achieve the highest training effect and prevent the over-strain of functional systems of the body of the athletes (elite / leading groups) of the national teams of Ukraine from the priority summer Olympic sports. 3. To determine the physiological, biochemical and molecular-genetic markers of the course of adaptive processes and the development of pathological conditions during exercise, to involve them in the system of complex medical and biological control. 4. To provide medical and biological support of the national teams of Ukraine on the priority summer Olympic sports in the annual macro cycles of sports training. The object is a system of medical and biological support for training the strongest athletes in Ukraine. Subject - medical and biological control of training of athletes of national teams of Ukraine. Contingent of research: representatives of the priority summer sports - members of the national teams of Ukraine (track and field, kayaking and canoeing, swimming, jumping, cycling, weightlifting). Methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and scientific-methodical literature; methods of studying the functional state of the cardiovascular system and assessing the variability of the cardiac rhythm; hematological and biochemical studies; molecular genetic methods; evaluation of the functional state of the system of external respiration; estimation of general physical efficiency and reactions of the cardiorespiratory system of an organism to physical activity of different types of energy supply; methods for evaluating the functional state of the neuromuscular system; determination of properties of neurodynamic and sensomotor functions at athletes; methods of mathematical statistics. Diagnostic equipment: digital 12-channel intelligent vector-cardiograph DX-NT Rhythm (Ukraine); digital 12-channel cardiac imaging cardiographers CARDIO-TEST and DX-NT (Ukraine); diagnostic complex "CardioPlus" (Metekol, Ukraine); echocardiography IMAGIC Agil (Konrton medical SAS, France); Stationary and mobile gas analyzers with software Oxicon Pro, Tredmil LE-200 C (Jeager, Germany); HMA analyzer "ERMA-210" (Japan), HUMALYZER-3000 biochemical analyzer (Germany), 7500 FastReal-time PCR (Applied Biosystems, USA), Gene Amp® PCR System 2700 (Applied Biosystems, USA), portable biochemical analyzer LP-400 DR-LANGE (Dr. Bruno Lange GmbH Medical Division, Germany); automatic hematological analyzer STI MicroCC-20 Plus; OPTI Lion automatic electrolyte analyzer; diagnostic complex "Diagnostic-1" and software for studying the properties of neurodynamic functions (Ukraine); neuro-diagnostic system VikingSelect (VIASYS Healthcare, USA-Germany), body composition analyzer TANITA BC-418MA (EUROPE GmbH., Germany). During the research work, the question of using the medical-biological complex of criteria for athletes of high qualification for the objective assessment of their functional status and state of health and outlining the ways of correction according to the process of preparation and individual capabilities of athletes was solved. The system of medical and biological support for the training of sportsmen of Ukraine at this stage of the annual macro cycle allowed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the training of athletes, provide trainers and doctors with operational information, on the basis of which were made appropriate adjustments to the training process. New informative markers of the process of adaptation process to intensive physical activity are established. The use of detecting polymorphisms of genes and altering the activity of long non-coding RNA genes makes it possible to recognize the high susceptibility to the development of myocardial hypertrophy, to conduct an early noninvasive diagnosis of pathological and prepathological myocardial conditions. The results of the research allowed to create the preconditions for maximum mobilization and realization of potential opportunities of the most powerful athletes of Ukraine at the final stage of preparation in the dynamics of the annual macro cycles.
